consid\u00e9rer comme innovation dans le monde des produits de grande consommation ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On appelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00ab innovation \u00bb la mise sur le march\u00e9 par les fabricants de produits qui proposent des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices diff\u00e9rents, r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 de nouveaux besoins ou contribuent \u00e0 apporter des solutions innovantes qui facilitent l\u2019usage d\u2019une cat\u00e9gorie de produits.<\/p>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement qualifier d\u2019innovation la mise en place de nouveaux processus qui facilitent la mise \u00e0 disposition, l\u2019implantation ou la communication relative aux produits.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" cat\u00e9gorie couvrant de nouveaux besoins de consommation ou proposant de nouveaux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices ou solutions au shopper\/consommateur sur des segments existants. Si nous prenons l\u2019exemple du caf\u00e9, l\u2019apparition des capsules a redynamis\u00e9 le march\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant un nouveau mode de consommation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une offre beaucoup plus importante en termes d\u2019origines, de nouveaux m\u00e9langes, ou d\u2019intensit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes modulables \u00e0 chaque occasion de consommation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"color: #00223b;\">\u2022 Extensions de gamme : <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>tous les lancements ne sont pas des innovations. \u00c9largir l\u2019offre d\u2019un produit en introduisant une nouvelle saveur ne peut pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une innovation et ce sans minimiser la valeur de dynamique de gamme que cela peut apporter. Du reste l\u2019effet des extensions de gamme a tendance \u00e0 diminuer voire devenir peu significatif avec leur syst\u00e9matisation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"color: #00223b;\">\u2022 Innovation dans les processus : <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>l\u2019innovation c\u2019est aussi tout changement ayant un impact direct sur la disponibilit\u00e9 du produit en point de vente. Des surpackagings \u00ab ready to shelf \u00bb (caisses-pr\u00e9sentoirs, box-palettes, etc.) aux implantations innovantes ou crois\u00e9es (snacks et boissons gazeuses par exemple) ou encore \u00e0 l\u2019apparition de nouveaux rayons complets comme c\u2019est le cas avec le d\u00e9veloppement des produits bio ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Dans le m\u00eame esprit d\u2019innovation on peut noter les distributeurs de vrac, les caisses en self scanning, ou encore les nouveaux supermarch\u00e9s sans
