C\u2019est en France LE MOD\u00c8LE ALTERNATIF GAGNANT dont le volume de ventes a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 9 milliards d\u2019euros en 2020. s\u2019engagent dans des partenariats sur la cat\u00e9gorie des glaces en s\u2019appuyant sur de grandes marques existantes des secteurs de la confiserie ou du chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Haribo, M&amp;M\u2019s, Oikos, Ferrero : ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques-unes des nombreuses marques qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer des \u00e9tag\u00e8res aux cong\u00e9lateurs et d\u2019\u00e9largir ainsi leur univers de produits.<\/p>\n<p>On observe ainsi deux mod\u00e8les principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #00b4ac;\"><em>D\u00e9veloppement interne : <\/em><\/strong> c\u2019est le cas de Ferrero Espagne qui a pari\u00e9 sur le rachat d\u2019un fabricant de glaces bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Valence pour d\u00e9velopper sa propre production. Une strat\u00e9gie qui suppose un investissement en capital tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 et qui t\u00e9moigne d\u2019une volont\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9tablir durablement dans cette cat\u00e9gorie.<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #00b4ac;\"><em>Co-branding : <\/em><\/strong> les grands fabricants de glaces comme Unilever ou Nestl\u00e9 renforcent leur attractivit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs en s\u2019alliant \u00e0 d\u2019autres marques par le biais d\u2019accords de co-branding. Le d\u00e9clenchement de cette bataille a co\u00efncid\u00e9 avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Lidl sur la troisi\u00e8me marche du podium, juste derri\u00e8re les leaders traditionnels Mercadona et Carrefour. Le distributeur discount allemand \u00e9tant bien connu pour sa politique de prix agressifs, sa croissance insolente dans un contexte de crise aurait tr\u00e8s bien pu \u00eatre le d\u00e9clencheur de cette guerre des prix.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un environnement \u00e9conomique o\u00f9 l\u2019on commence \u00e0 observer une l\u00e9g\u00e8re mais insistante reprise de l\u2019inflation, cette tendance d\u00e9flationniste sur les march\u00e9s de la grande consommation pourrait s\u2019av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteuse tant pour les distributeurs que pour les industriels !
